Pearl City

Pearl City on George Street is one of Manchester's longest-running Chinatown institutions, credited as a pioneer of the all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet format in the city from the 1990s. The ground floor operates a traditional Cantonese menu while the upper floors host the buffet, covering dim sum, spare ribs, sweet and sour dishes, duck, king prawns and a chef's specials section. The cheung fun rice rolls are among the dishes that draw particular praise.
