Yi Ban

Yi Ban on Field End Road in Eastcote is a sizeable Chinese restaurant whose name translates as "First Class." The dining room seats up to 120 and the kitchen draws from Sichuan, Peking and Thai traditions — making it one of the more ambitious Chinese restaurants in HA5. The menu ranges well beyond the Cantonese standard list, with Sichuan preparations and Thai dishes broadening the offer considerably for a suburban neighbourhood restaurant. Lunch and dinner service are both available, and a takeaway menu runs alongside the dine-in option, allowing the kitchen to serve the local residential trade as well as the sit-down diners. Located a short walk south from Eastcote tube station on the Metropolitan line, on a section of Field End Road with several other food businesses.
