New Four Seasons Chinese - Chinese Takeaway in Sutton Coldfield

EVERY TIME I order food to be delivered from this Chinese I have to pay extra for delivery but I ALWAYS receive my food freezing cold. I ordered again yesterday and requested they try and bring the food to me hot but once again the food was freezing. On top of this, I am allergic to pineapple and for some reason they put pineapple in the Singapore fried rice which they've never done before. The menu does not state it has pineapple in it. I called them to complain, they were VERY RUDE to me on the phone. They lied saying I was a new customer and that I had never used their service before, and they even tried to put the blame on Pecking Garden, saying that is who I must have used in the past. I explained this was not the case, I always order from New Four Seasons, the manager came on the phone to me and shouted at me and then put the phone down on me. I tried to call back to resolve the issue and they would not pick up the phone. I am appalled at their lack of customer service.
