Oriental Palace - Chinese Takeaway in Stourbridge

We took a chance in ordering some food from here this evening, as it has been hit and miss since it opened. The pork yuk sung didn't look like it should do and was so spicy we couldn't eat it. The delivery man couldn't find us, even with the post code and only living 1/2 mile away !!! We rang Oriental Palace to complain about the food and the owner was extremely dismissive, very rude, talked over us the entire time and then put the phone down us. We had no idea of what she was trying to say until the delivery man knocked our door, 20 mins later, with a refund for the yuk sung...we gave them their food back!
