East Is East is an Indian and Pakistani restaurant on Commercial Road in Shadwell, East London. Taking its name from the Rudyard Kipling poem — and the celebrated 1999 British film about a British-Pakistani family — the restaurant offers authentic South Asian cuisine in a welcoming setting.
