Delivery and Service Policy






Each restaurant provides a guide delivery time on the restaurant menu page. They all aim to deliver within 1 hour and often less.


If you are ordering at busy times, such as Friday or Saturday night, then there may be an additional delay. Takeaway restaurants can only handle a certain number of

orders at a time and if there is a surge of orders then they are only human. Please be patient.


Delivery Method


All deliveries are made manually by one of the restaurant delivery staff. If you have paid by credit card they will ask to see the card for confirmation.


Refund Policy


Please note that once you have made your order and your payment has been authorised you will not be able to cancel your order nor will you be entitled to a refund.




Obviously with fresh food, returns are not possible. If you do have an issue with quality then please contact our customer services department and state clearly the issue you have.




On receipt of your order, we will process your order and send you notification by email that your order has been received and that your order is being processed. If you are not receiving emails from us the you may need to 'white list' the website for your email to prevent it being caught in SPAM filters. Please contact your email provider to find out how you should do this.


Please note that from time to time there may be delays with processing payments and transactions, on occasion this can take up to sixty (60) days to be deducted from your bank account.




Your order confirmation screen and email contain the contact phone number for the restaurant from which you ordered. Your first contact should be directly with the restaurant. If you have trouble contacting the restaurant then please call our customer service number 07412 053 427.
