Rumi — Jalal ad-Din Rumi, the 13th-century Persian poet and Sufi mystic whose Masnavi is considered the greatest work of Persian literature. A Persian restaurant in Cricklewood named for the poet whose verse on love, longing and the divine has been translated into more languages than almost any other text.
